Functions
The MEZZ BAR is suitable for stand-up functions, engagement parties, birthday parties, meetings, small conferences, product launches, group training and small sit down functions.
The following price list and information is a guide to help plan your function. All prices are excluding public holidays.
ROOM HIRE: $300 full room including bar
(for over 30 people)
$150 half room including bar
(for 30 people and under)
SECURITY: Included in the room hire.
HIRE OF EQUIPMENT : Linen is included. Extra tables and chairs may need to be hired and added to the final account. Please ask the functions co-ordinator for pricing.
MUSIC: In house music is provided or you can bring your own selection of CDs or DVDs to play on our machine.
BAR TAB: We can cater to any budget e.g. set limit, first drink free.
MENU: Please note if you wish the chef to design your own menu an added cost will be charged. It is more cost effective to select from the set menus.
DEPOSIT: The value of the room hire is to be paid as a deposit on confirmation of your booking. The deposit is non refundable if cancelled within 7 days prior to the event.
BOND: If security is required we require a bond of $300 to be paid with the deposit and is fully refundable if no damage occurs. Should there be any damage the cost of repairs will be deducted from the bond. Management reserves the right to decide on which function requires bond.
